My husband and I recently bought a new Soul from Eastside Kia and found it to be a very positive experienceThis has not been the case over the many years of car purchasing and we were pleasantly surprisedThe people we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpfulWe have no hesitation in recommending Eastside Kia to anyone thinking of buying a car

Will never use againcalled to order dinner for my wife and kids and got cussed out about how loud my *** kids were an that she couldnt hear *** because my kids were to *** loudThis in no way is acceptableasked to speak to a manager they gave me to another associatetried to explain to them what happened and then got told let me get u the manager he can handle thatum im sure I asked for a manager as soon as she started cussing measked to speak to owner was told is never thereim sorry but this is no way acceptablehow many of the customers call in that have kids? im sure im not the first one that has had this experiancei mean damn didnt even put me on hold or mute just starts cussing me

The entire team at Eastside Kia was an absolute pleasure to do business with! Not only did I feel that they listened to me, but they also genuinely cared about getting me into the perfect vehicle.

The last 3 times I have ordered from the Abilene location, the steak has been extremely over cooked. Obviously they don't know the difference between medium rare and well done!

I've been a customer of Steak Express for over 8 years. First in Abilene and now Midland. Here in Midland I ordered every week, and I even have two of their shirts and have never worked for them. I thought I would be a customer for life. Unfortunately the store in Midland on Illinois St. has gotten bad about messing up my order. I've been very patient and even dismissed the mistakes without calling the restaurant. About a week ago I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a loaded baked potato, my usual. I did not get the potato nor ketchup/mustard packet that normally comes in the bag. I went a few days ago and carried out an order - my regular. I did not get the veggies. Danggit - that's twice but I can deal with it. Today I ordered the same order I always get. I did not get my loaded baked potato again! When I called the store all I got was attitude, like it was my fault. The manager did not even speak to me. I'll do my business elsewhere from now on.

Dilvery took 30 min longer then what I was told when I placed the order. Ruined my boyfriends birthday lunch. He had to go back to work before he could eat it because the dilivery was so late. Waste of money. Not the frist time I have had problems with this place and I will not be going back.
