Texas Success Academy, LLC Reviews (1)

Dear Mrs. [redacted], When you called on July 17, 2017, you spoke to your Advisor and then to our Lead Advisor prior to speaking to me. I was informed that you were very rude and snappy and could I take the call. I did and after I said hello and introduced myself, the first thing I said out...

of my month was: “Calm down, because anything can be worked out and resolved.” Our Lead Advisor, heard me, because I wanted to make sure our Lead and you understood, that I am listening and would help to resolve any issues, but you did not allow me to do so. You basically told me to be quiet.Every time someone pays, they receive a receipt of their payments. We do not call you each time you make a payment, but we do send you out a receipt. You thought you could bully me, by speaking over me and saying. “I am not paying any late fees. This is still a business, right, and I can write bad reviews and get my money back.” I explained to you our Code of Conduct and how we must speak to each other, but you refused to listen. I tried several times to calm you down and explain, but again you refused to listen. You also said you would write bad reviews if I didn’t do what you wanted and contact your bank to get all your money back.  You also wrote a false review on Facebook and then you took it down.  Prior to enrolling, we have several areas on our website that lists the policies regarding, Code of Conduct, Payments, Late Fees, Tuition and Tees and general information to help students make a decision to enroll.  I am going to list them below:When a student enrolls, they receive an email that list information about classes, teachers, what’s needed, payments and they are subscripted to our newsletters with any changes and updates. Here are all the areas on our website that inform students of their financial responsibility:Adult Learners Page (where students enroll) /Refund Policy: [redacted]Tuition and Fees: [redacted]Membership Page Password Required (All students receive a password): Here’s the membership for adult students: [redacted]The password is [redacted] Terms and Conditions cover the following: [redacted]Binding ContractNon-Discrimination StatementEnrollment PolicyTuition and FeesWithdraw and Refund PolicyCollectionsStandard of Conduct Policy Let’s talk about when you enrolled and the information you received regarding payments and late fees: You enrolled 02/17/2017 in the pathways program. That’s why I wanted to calm you down and explain, but you did not allow, instead you threatened me and TSA and for those reasons and non payment of fees, you have been withdrawn from TSA.  You allowed $45.00 in fees, your tuition balance and your emotions to stop you from graduating from Texas Success Academy. I am not sure why you feel, you can force a school to give you something you didn’t pay for. That is illegal.  Please be advised: Because of your actions and the violations of several school policies, you have been removed from TSA and sent to our third party collections agency.  [redacted]
