Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for cancelling my checkI do not agree with his response that he did all that workMy daughter, Mary, who came to our house determined it was a scamAll the "Work" they did on the computer were software they put inMy daughter had to clean up the computer and it took hoursShe also removed the MALWARE Premium and installed the Free MALWARE software Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The service is not protecting me from serious internet threats that Texas Tech Connect has been describing in Phone calls and an e-mail shown in November belowSept 2017, I have called them additional time and requested assistance and they told me that my platform now needed platform security coverage which was $which I would not pay and asked them to cleanse my computer I also asked for a refund of my money because I was led to believe that the lifetime service would protect me from future expenses After refusing to pay an additional $ I asked Texas Connect clean my computer which they did that day The request for additional funds for a lifetime service is not proper representation of the company's productNov at 8:50AM: I received a telephone message from [redacted] with Texas Connect Computer Company 1-***-***-*** Regarding computer security which they installed for us which is at riskNov at 12:38PM: I received an e-mail from *** SrManager (Tech) telling me that in the past week they have been receiving some sort of alert messages from my computer on their server Texas Tech has requested that I contact them for a free regular check up and have this problem diagnosedThank you,*** ** *** When I have contacted Texas Connect Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com, Please be advised we have destroyed the check we have received from him through FedexAlso, We have installed paid version of Malware Bytes Antivirus not a free versionWe worked on his computer to fix all the problems:- Computer:- Deleted all the temporary files
Removed Malwares and TrojansAdjusted Virtual memoryAdjusted for best performanceAdjusted the wait time to End in TerminalCheck for the antivirus program in the computerUninstalled the unnecessary toolbar's and programsDeleted the cookies and resettled the SafariAdjusted the security settings in SafariRestarted the computer, and checked for errorsFinalised all the settings.He has not paid us anything so he is not our customerThank you for doing business with us. I am rejecting this response because:    The service is not protecting me from serious internet threats that Texas Tech Connect has been describing in Phone calls and an e-mail shown in November 2017 below. 19 Sept 2017, I have called them 1 additional time and requested assistance and they told me that my platform now needed platform security coverage which was $801.21 which I would not pay and asked them to cleanse my computer.   I also asked for a refund of my money because I was led to believe that the lifetime service would protect me from future expenses.  After refusing to pay an additional $801.21.  I asked Texas Connect clean my computer which they did that day.   The request for additional funds for a lifetime service is not proper representation of the company's product.6 Nov 2017 at 8:50AM: I received a telephone message from [redacted] with Texas Connect Computer Company 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted].  Regarding computer security which they installed for us which is at risk.8 Nov 2017 at 12:38PM:   I received an e-mail from [redacted]  Sr. Manager (Tech)  telling me that in the past 2 week they have been receiving some sort of alert messages from my computer on their server.   Texas Tech has requested that I contact them for a free regular check up and have this problem diagnosed. Thank you,[redacted] ** [redacted] When I have contacted Texas Connect
