font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: navy;">The e-mail quit working on July 14.--- This is correct because their Domain Name had expired and they have not paid the annual renewal fee. They wanted it back on immediately and we paid the domain fee and sent them an invoice. ( Domain fee is $24.00 annually. This bill is still unpaid.
2.             They requested that the domain be transferred. – We told them we would transfer it but they need to pay the Domain fee that has not been paid, because technically we own the Domain because we have paid for it.- We are still happy to release it but they need to pay $47.62 that is still due before we will release it to them. This consists of the $24.00 to register the name for the year and three months of hosting it from June to Aug.. We remain willing to release it immediately for the $47.62 that is still due.
3.             I do not think that anyone said, that the client could not leave us nor that they never paid on time.—However, neither of us have any way to prove a negative. Therefore, suffice it to say that we will do everything possible to expedite their transfer if they pay for the amount they owe.
