To hear that one of our customers concerns were unsatisfactory is regretful However, we did read the complaint and disagree with outcomeThe client stated that the car was left over a monthYes, True indeed we tried numerous times to communicate with the client to pick up his vehicle The vehicle sat in our premises for over a monthAll repairs were done and completed within days of drop offDuring the month we attempted to communicate with our client, leaving him numerous messages for the client to contact usWe eventually were successful to get a hold of the client weeks or so later For him to pick up his vehicle which he eventually did Oddly our client never complaint to us a during the vehicle pick upHowever, we informed him of what was repaired and what we were paid to doWe do minor repairs but concentrate on Window tintingMost Insurance companies do not pay for new parts but repairsUnfortunately due to the lack of communication between our client and us during the month made this occurrence difficultTNT Owner

I am rejecting this response because: My vehicle was left over months there while I was waiting for it to be fixedIn that time I payers rental car fees and have all the reimbursement checks I recived from the insurance companyAlso when my car was suppose to be getting repaired I would call to see how it was coming along and would get the response " we are doing service calls today I won't be working on your car today." The shop even took responsibility for causing damage in the form of big scratches above my passenger windowTo which they responded "we will take care of it I'm so sorry." also my tint was never replaced my door is still full of waves and dents and my tire and rim was never replaced as wellNot to mention the pieces they did paint have a whole bunch of drop marksEven though this all happened last year I still attempted to take it back for repairs and schedueled an appointmentI called the day before and day of to make sure they would be ready for me but no answer either daySo even though I had made appointments before and when I show up they aren't thereI still drive across town hoping they would be there and low and behold nobody was thereIn retrospect I would have not taken the car thereAlthough if they are willing to fix what didn't get fixed I would gladly take it backAre you willing to fix my door? My tint? The drip marks? The scratches your employee caused? Replace my wheel and tire? Free of charge and not give me the runaround if so would gladly let you finish the job you started.
