To whom it may concern. Let me mention this first; Mr*** was provided with a business card as we routinely give to each customer, as well as on his sales receipt for his records, which both have the contact number to our store here. I’m very perplexed to as why he was
texting an employee on the employee’s personal cell phone and not calling the store directly? Mr*** was updated every Monday of each week of the status of his inserts on both contact numbers he gave us = (216) 905-and (206) 595-and not one time did he call the store for an update. Not sure where things get lost in translation, but we did advise Mr*** at the time of purchase, that the powder coating process maybe elongated due to the upcoming Spring Break week, which some of our vendors take off, due to their children. As far as giving out an employee’s personal whereabouts wouldn’t be responsible of me. *** wife had a miscarriage and I think its not my place to mention that to anyone and therefore I told MrVannarath, that I did not know when *** was going to return. When someone is going through a personal tragedy like that, I do what I can to be sensitive to that situation, if that makes sense to you? I have been in contact with Mrs*** and we do have the inserts now and she said she would stop by the store when she had time. Also, it should be noted, that Mr*** did not have to pay for this serviceThanks so much for your time and you have a great day

Bobby have been really helpful according to my wife. And I appreciate that he’s helping us get the inserts back. The only reason why I was texting one of his employees directly from his personal cell phone, is because he text me first from his personal number talking about business. So I figured that’s how they conduct business. Plus I know plenty of sales business that text customers from cell phones, so pardon my ignorance for assuming. But lesson learn and I’m just glad to know that we will be finally getting our inserts back.

Good day.  [redacted] purchased a brand-new set of wheels and tires for her son on Tuesday 12/09/2017.  She called into the store many weeks later and stated she was having an issue with two of the wheels.  I advised [redacted], when she had time to please stop by the store, so that a...

physical inspection could be done, and we would see what we could do to rectify the issue.  [redacted] brought two wheels and two tires for inspection, during the inspection [redacted] mentioned on her own account, that her son was driving and hit a pot hole very hard.  I still inspected the tire and wheel, to see if there was any recourse on my end, that I could do to help the situation.  I advised [redacted] since the issue was not a manufactured defect and it was caused due to negligence; the warranty would not cover these types of damages.  Furthermore, one of the tires was punctured, it was punctured on the sidewall.  Discount Tires will confirm, that if there is any damage on the sidewall, the tire is unrepairable.  I’ve attached a copy of the original invoice for [redacted], that states we’ll repair the tire for the life of the tire; if its repairable.  I also advised [redacted], that if she wanted too, she could contact the wheel manufacture of her wheels directly and inquire further and get a step for step breakdown on what the warranty entails:   2Crave wheels   http://www[redacted]/
