Texas Tires 33

I purchased a set of 4 rims with 4 tires and installation. The total bill came to $1,318.00 which included taxes and a $39.00 finance processing fee with their in house financing company, "SNAP FINANCE." I paid $118.00 upfront then financed the $1,200.00 because the store was offering 100 days payoff at 0% interest, same as cash. The finance company withdrew $54.48 every week on Fridays out of my account from December 6th 2019 to February 21st 2020 which came to a grand total of $653.76. Now the "100 days same as cash" will be up in a few days, March 4th to be exact so I called Alwahban Texas Tires 33's finance company "SNAP FINANCE" to pay the remaining balance of $546.24 I couldn't get them on the phone after trying for a couple of days so I went back to the store where the items were purchased and tried to pay there. The store referred me back to the finance company so I had them call from the store. The finance company claimed that I owe them more money, TAXES on the items that I've purchased, I explained to them that I paid the taxes and fees when I purchased the items and I have the receipts to prove it. The finance company refused to take my payment because it wasn't the amount that they were asking for, an extra $200.00 for taxes on something I've already purchased. My understanding about finance companies is that they charge INTEREST on loans NOT TAXES and today February 24th 2020 is the FIRST TIME that i've heard of this from the finance company or the store. This is a major scam because they don't expect people to pay off their debt before the "same as cash" date, by stalling the customer past the 100 days the finance company can start charging interest which will add up to more than twice the purchase price. There's no telling how long they've been getting away with this scam, don't shop at Alwahban Texas Tires 33 they are scammers but what they fail to realize is that lawyers love PROOF AND PAPERWORK and the police don't take lightly to scammers in our community.
