I am rejecting this response because:This is false information, I have the text messages , calls and voicemails where I was told my loan was not approved and I needed to return the vehicle.  The third party loan was Through the dealership which I also have the paperwork to prove.   There was no additinal damage done to the car , as it was an as is sale and minor damage was already in the car upon purchase.  i had the car in my possesion for 30 days so of course there is mileage in the car in which they kept $1,000 of my down payment for mileage. The concern is the fradulent loan they have taken out for wheels and tires in my name and claim to have used the funds as a down payment.  That is fraud, I will not be responsible for a lease of wheels and tired they have in my name that I am not responsible nor do I havr in my possesion. This is complete fraud and I will contact the media, , a lawyer and anyone else I Need to for this fradulent activity. They even had a fake lawyer call me and say I needed to return the vehicle because it was not approved.

Again the loan was approved Mr. [redacted] signed the sales/financing contract. However the loan was not funded because Mr. [redacted] provided doctored bank statements, at that point rather then paying for the car he decided to back out of the contract. Thus effectively breaching the contract. Again  Mr. [redacted] took out a 3rd party loan as well tl pay his deposit.The vehicle had smoke damage to the interior including cigarette Burns. Dents to the exterior. And excessive tire wear.

Mr. [redacted] decided to cancel the sale. He was approved by the banks however, after signing the agreement to purchase Mr. [redacted] returned the car. He drove the car for over 4500 miles and upon return the car was damaged inside and out. If seem that there is a balance due from Mr. [redacted] to us for the...
