Hello,In regards to the complaint filed by Ms*** regarding *** *** from December 7:The original call was received Tuesday, 12/around 8am The call was returned within one hour The order was not received by the customer within the expected timeframe The item was
ordered the afternoon of Thursday, December and shipped via 2-business day shipping on Friday, December It was not received as of Tuesday morning, December Unfortunately we were unable to immediately determine where the package was currently located - this is unfortuantely not unusual at this time of the year due to increased shipping volume with the carriers An offer of a replacement with 1-business day shipping service was offered but originally refused as it would not arrive in time for her deadline We issued a full refund for the order after the call ended (receipt attached).A second call was received and Ms*** was extremely distraught We offered a replacement at a 50% discount to be shipped as quickly as possible and a payment link was sent out Ms*** became very agitated and accusatory on the phone call and it was ended. We sincerely apologize that the item was not received in the expected timeframe and acknowledge that we were potentially at fault, hence the immediate refund and offer of a discounted replacement Delivery dates are not given during checkout and our policy page indicates that processing will take 1-business days, however we will attempt to increase the visibility of this notification in future website updates Our policies are listed here:http://txtoolcrafters.com/pages/faqWe are still willing to honor the 50% discount on a replacement.
