This issue is based solely on dissatisfaction with a company's priceCustomer contacted our company to replace woods steps, and to remove rail road ties to be replaced by concrete blocksCompany has the right to decide which blocks to use, anda specific kind of block was never speciffiedCustomer also
contacted company to have sprinkler system repaired, when wall was being done it was assesed by company the extent of sprinkler repair that would be needed to fix systemAlso while installing new wall it was assesed by company that customer needed gravel because rail road ties, are different size from blocks and dirt had eroded in the bottom thru the yearsThen an estimate was sent for sprinkler repair and graveland customer started making allegations and expecting addiitonal repairs to be done for freeWe have documented emails proving her sprinkler system needed repairs, this is actually the main reason customer contacted us, but we had to run the system to figure out how many valves and sprinklers needed to be repairedOnce wall repair was done and we told customer how much it would cost for her to have us deliver and install gravel to backfill the wall, she started blaming sprinkler failure on us and wanting all further work done for freeInvoice was voided and deleted because customer and company never agreed on a price and there fore it was not performed
