I am rejecting this response because:This is ABSOLUTELY FALSE And if that's accurate, I want a phone record to show where that business EVER tried contacting me on that evening after it was towed, because it didn't happen The driver took my vehicle, said he was taking it to the designated address, and never showed up Furthermore, after talking to them numerous times asking where my vehicle was, because I was WAITING for it at the designated location, I was told it was taken to the pound because they didn't tow to the address requested They never contacted me, but that shouldn't have mattered anyway I entered into a contract with Texas Towing to tow my vehicle to a pre-determined destination The company took my payment, agreed to tow it to the location, and we exchanged a contract to do so Your driver is a representative of your company, the paperwork is clear on the location to tow the vehicle I provided the payment, your driver and Texas Towing did not provide the service I paid for Not only that, this caused me to pay an impound fee and incur another towing fee If that was NOT the case, and you DON'T tow to that location, how is that MY fault? That is the fault of the lack of training of your employees, and I shouldn't be held responsible for their negligence.I contacted Texas Towing immediately the next day by phone, e-mail, the Revdex.com, and now the TDLR I just made a complaint the other day with them, and that is why after months have gone by, that this is now getting a response It is quite simply not believable that this matter was "overlooked." I will also make a copy of your response and mine and be forwarding it to TDLR Again, I am asking for what originally was stated in the Revdex.com complaint, this is the right and fair thing to do, which shouldn't be that hard

The vehicle was redirected to the City impound to be secured, per the City contract and San Antonio Police Department. We were acting in the best...

interest of the owner to secure their property, and did not solicit this vehicle to body shop for profit - all done in the best interest of the customer. It was an unfortunate circumstance, but we did as required by contract. Thank you, [redacted] Texas Towing General Manager
