I am sorry that
our customer had problems with her trash service, the times that we were contacted by her, we made sure our driver knew to pick up the trash, however, we did not know that her trash was picked up only times as this was never motioned to our customer service reps otherwise this would have been taken care of back then
In response to her payment and cancellation of service. We do not have an online system to where you can cancel trash service, you have to talk with one of our office staff. The payment she made on May was covering the service dates of 4/23/though 7/22/14. On 7/9/we mailed the customer an invoice for service date 7/23/14-10/22/that was due by 7/23/14, and after we had not received payment our collection letter did go out stating that her trash service would be cut off for non payment
Out of courtesy I will be mailing a refund check to this customer
