I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

Again we have never had a rejection of this type and we sell many without a problem We will refund this and if a transmission is the problem we have a transmission shop that will provide this repair for less than the refundWe can run that through our account for these savings they also provide a warranty on the repairThis customer needs to contact me for this , I am unclear if the transmission is actually out but if it is or goes out in the future we can provide this serviceTo be clear we are not paying anyone but we will make sure that the transmission is repaired for less than the refund so that this customer will not be out money on this particular repair

hello *** *** here at texas truck salesthis e mail is to let you know that we have been trying to contact *** *** concerning this complaint #***. *** will not call us backwe still feel that we have done nothing wrongher complaint should be with *** the warranty companythis is a third party , administrator obligor service contract. they have denied this claim because of a modification to the truck that is not allowed. ??? we are not envolved anymore after *** received the premium. Anyway: We still want to helpJust to let you know we have offered to repurchase this truck from *** and *** ***. "" GIVE THEM ALL OF THERE MONEY BACK"" we also have a check for her for $3000, $refund for the service contract she purchased and $in good will money to help her pay some of the money she spent repairing her truck. As far as we can see most of the repairs she had done would not be covered under the terms of the contract. After she found out she had a problem she went and got repairs made to the truck with out calling us and giving us a chance to help her. she paid way too much for repairs that were not covered and now she wants us to pay for them. this is not fairI hope you see we are trying but she won't call us backI feel this complaint should be dropped permanentlyif you think this is fair could you call her and ask her to call me before we do anything we will need a letter from her and you (Revdex.com) releasing us or dropping the claim

We did not lie - we have discussed it with her and offered a full refund but the warranty company only sends We will send the full amount including our profit but the customer needs to close out this complaint If not we will only send back the amount that the warranty company refunds We have discussed this several times already ; please close out this complaint if this customer will not take a full refund back We are going no further with this matter , we will not pay more money than was originally given Thank you

Texas Truck Sales still sold us an invalid warranty that cannot be usedThey should not offer to sale warranties without knowing the ends and outs of the warranty they are offeringWhether or not the warranty's final decision is through a third-party company, I would never have purchased a truck from any dealship without purchasing an extended warrantyI am still in the same predicament of having a used, broken truck with no extended warrantyTexas Truck Sales has done nothing to try to solve this problemThey are knowingly selling warranties that are void from day one and putting customers in a bind.

I appreciate the offer, but still do not accept. For one, we drove over an hour to purchase our truck from you. Since the tramission is out on the truck, (and cannot be replaced under the extended warranty we purchsed from your dealership, because it was void since the day we purchsed it) there is no way for us to get it to your shop except by tow truck. This, for one, would cost a fortune. This cost also would have been covered in the extended warranty we were sold by your dealership. You mentioned the trasmission alone would be fixed. An extended warranty would have put in a new transmission. The four-wheel drive is also out. This would have also been covered by the extended warranty. Therefore, the cost of the repairs would still cost more than the extended warranty refund check. Another part of the offer that concerns me is how reliable is the repair shop you recommend. Since your sales representative lied to me by saying the warranty would cover the truck I purchased due to the modifications being present before I purchsed the truck from you, and only modifications made after I purchased the truck from you would affect the warranty, I do not know how much I would trust your mechanic. The extended warranty allowed me to make any repairs on the truck at an authorized dealerhsip of my choice as long as they accepted extended warranty. This gave me the opportunity to pick a trustworthy company that specializes in diesel trucks. The offer you gave me did not give me this. Also, what the cost you quoted that your shop could "fix" my transmission for is on the very low side. How would I know if you have your mechanic do a very "temporary" fix or an unthorough job due to the discounted price. All in all, your offer is still not accepted because I am still in the same position I was in before the offer. I am now stuck with a used truck and no extended warranty. I restate, I never would have purchased a used truck without purchasing an extended warranty. Since I was sold a warranty that was told would work perfectly for the truck I bought but was actually void from day one, I now have more money in repairs that are needed than what the orginial cost of warranty was. I will still have to pay if there is any other repairs that are needed, even though my warranty should have been good for 5 years or 100,000 miles. During the conversation with you sales rep, I needed to purchase an extended warranty if buying a used truck. I was unsured he had a great extended warrany to sale with the truck. According the the warranty company, that warranty was void from day one.

Again we have never had a rejection over a minor lift and do not agree with this company . If you choose to resolve this with us and will resolve it with the babb we will be involved with your towing and discounted prices on repairs . We need to work together not through the Revdex.com . If this is not acceptable then we can disagree ; our reputation is great because we are sincere and reasonable .  This is our final response please contact us if you would like our asistance. Predicated upon you closing this complaint and dealing with the management directly as we are willing to help

I have been asked by the GM, [redacted] to not contact any other persons at Texas Truck Sales. [redacted] and I have been working out a solution to this claim. The information [redacted] has provided in his last response has been skewed and should not be considered. I have done nothing but faithfully work with Texas Truck Sales to come to a resolution . So far, the claim needs to remain open until both parties have come to an agreement.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Texas Truck Sales has offered to pay me the price I originally paid for the warranty ($2450). This is after several phone conversations and arguements with [redacted]. During this time, I also found out that [redacted] lied to me about the amount the warranty company was sending back. He told me the warranty company was sending a prorated check to him due to the elapsed time since the original date of purchase. I called the warranty company and found out that [redacted]. is refunding the total amount paid to them on the date of purchase and nothing will be prorated. [redacted] finally confessed that the reason he kept informing me the refund was prorated was because he did not pay $2450 for the warranty as I did. He only sent the warranty company $1500 to cover the truck I purchased. [redacted] wanted me to believe the warranty company was only returning the amount of $1430, so that he did not have to give me the $1000 he made off selling the warranty back to me.  I am willing to work with Texas Truck Sales to close out this complaint if they are willing to work with me. So far they have done nothing but lie and cheat me out of money. They lied when they sold me a warranty that was null and void from the first day of sale. Their salesman lied to me by saying modifications would not be covered only if they were added after the date of purchase. They lied to me about being ripped off for the price I paid to fix my vehicle once the warranty company informed me they would not cover my vehicle. I have had several well-known mechanics give me quotes that are very similar to what I paid to fix the truck. They have lied about what the warranty company was refunding me. Because of all of their lies and deceit, I was conned into purchasing a used truck from Texas Truck Sales. I am now stuck with a used truck that does not qualify for extended warranty. I would never have purchsed a used vehicle without also purchasing an extended warranty, therefore I would not have bought the truck I did buy if there was no extended warranty available. Texas Truck Sales knows this and lied about the extended warranty so they could make the sale. They do not want to work with me to help cover the cost of the repairs I am out of pocket. The extended warranty was purchased for a 5 year or 100,000 miles. I am still responsible for covering any other repairs that may occur, even though I was sold an extended warranty that should have covered any large repairs. I am asking that Texas Truck Sales refund me the full cost I paid for the extended warranty, $2450, as well as half of the costs to repair the truck. I will still be responsible for the other half of the cost of repairs as well as any other repairs that occur during the 5 year extended warranty time that would have originally been covered.  I have spoken with and tried to work with Texas Truck Sales to resolve this complaint and come to a reasonable compromise.  Thank you, [redacted]
