As per the complainant's statement, Texas Tumblers was prepared to offer a refund the following business day:
"When my husband called Monday morning, she said she would give us a refund and our receipt for October for money already paid so I could file for my job child care reimbursementLater that day, after she found out about the Revdex.com complaint she called him back to refuse to give him the money or receipt unless we pulled the complaint."
We requested that the compliant of not receiving a timely refund be withdrawn since we were prepared the following business day and still willing to offer a refundJust to reiterate, we are not elaborating on the details of the incident that occurred on a Friday afternoon to respect privacyHowever, we do feel that our staff reacted appropriately

Our student to coach ratio is in compliance with Texas State regulations. We are proud to have very low ratios compared to most other local...

afterschool programs. In response to this particular parent's concern, we presented documentation supporting this to the civil authorities where she also filled a compliant.
In regards to the notification process, elaborating on the sequence of events described would require disclosure of specifics that could violate the complainant's privacy. The gym employees on duty provided a verbal notification appropriate to the claimed incident.
The client requested a refund of the remaining balance for the month AFTER posting the compliant to the Revdex.com.
