This company is mailing spam and junk mail that is made to appear official. They prey on the ignorant citizens to steal their funds.
These people mail fake mail to citizens and try to appear as official mortgage mail from their lenders. they prey on ignorant citizens to steal their money and they do not list any return addresses for their rip off mail to be returned. This is using the Federal Post Office and may be fraud also. These people exist to pillage and plunder american citizens who are easily conned. these are con artists only.
Contact by written document using the same USPS mail as they use for their fraud spam harrass mailings. Cease and Desist any mailing after the letter from their con headquarters.

Scam artist preys on stupid people who think the their fake mailings are real. This is one picture of what's wrong with America in 2018. They lie to deceive the inept.
Made previous attempt to be removed from mailings.
We received a letter dated 5/3/18, on pink stationary, as if it were delinquent. Also deceived us as though the return address was from our original lender stating negative escrow balance. Our letter was inadvertently put in neighbors mailbox , so they perceived us as having delinquent taxes. Their practice is deceptive ie; 1)makes you believe it's from your lender 2) using printed reference of an A+ standing with the Revdex.com. I have called before to be removed from their mailing list to no avail. They should not be allowed to use false means to push their products! I wish I were able to show the Revdex.com of how the letter appeared. I made several attempts to talk to someone today but they would not return my calls.
No more contact and that they change their deceptive mailings.

I have spoken to both parties at Tx VA Mortgage and feel they have actually taken the steps to better manage their marketing practices. I have been assured that I will no longer receive mailings, and that they are diligently working with their marketing department on necessary changes to discourage confusion for the consumer. I am giving the benefit of the doubt to the company and feel we have resolved this issue in a satisfactory manner. There is no need that I see to publish this complaint.
Incorrect statements regarding our home construction (which we did not do), my VA loan (which I don't have), and their comments of Revdex.com A+ rating.
Their letter indicates we originated a VA loan with Cornerstone HM LNDG (we did not), we are a VA note holder (we are not), there is an escrow shortage on our loan (there is not an escrow shortage). Then I noticed they are claiming they are Revdex.com A+ rated.
quit sending out incorrect statement and quit using the Revdex.com accreditation
