I bought a rubbermaid reveal spray mop after months it wouldnt work I thaught it was just that mop was defective I bought another one at walmart I bought pads the mop itself was the pads for it was each we bought I talked to thier customer service person and she said did I have the reciept its been two months ago no I dont have the reciept she then said she would give me the retail price which is and that they wouldnt do nothing with the accesories what am I suppose to do with the pads I bought the first mop broke after months the second broke after months I will not buy anymore rubbermaid products if they are going to sale items they should make sure there good they owe me not I cant take the pads back and since thier product failed they should pay for it I have some pictures of the mop im sending with this
