Be very wary of their service departmentI went in to have my window repaired and their service department did not ask for my name or any informationThey misdiagnosed the issue and pulled out the seal of the window and forced it back into the doorWhen the seal was forced back into the door, it ended up ruining the motor for my windowI went to a different place to have the window actually fixed, since the motor had to be replaced due to Bud Clary’s “repair” it costed about $I went back to Bud Clary to give them an opportunity to fix their mistake and make things right for me and that was a long shotThey said that it was their “Company policy” and they could not reimburse me for the mistake they madeI knew I should not have gone there in the first placeIn the end they did not do anything to make up for what they did and tried to blame the place that actually fixed the problem that they made worse.that was the second time I went in to have service done and neither time the problem was fixed
