On the 8th of November 2017, I talked to an agent of the company about purchasing DVD wall mount shelves which I had seen on the internetthree-tier, and tier shelvesI was advised to pay for it and pick it up at *** Mississauga ***
It was my assumption that they were of the same measurement so I did not specify any modelThe sales agent failed to ask for a size or model *** and handed the smaller size to her
It was after I installed the first one that I realizes the size that was given to me were much smaller than my systemI disassembled it and repackagedI informed the company of my intention to exchange it for a wider one and was told to ensure everything was intact when I return them
The items were returned on Friday November 10,I was charged 25% for returning the items and the correct size was issuedI was not happy with the charge but overlooked it
