contract the amount was to be decided with her insurance company. On our contract it states that the amount owed for the job will be insurance proceeds. After a couple of months went by her daughter call our office and asked us what the cost of the job was? We responded that the cost was (X) and we asked why she needed the cost and she didn't respond. After a few days later she responded with an email stating that her mother over paid our company and she wanted a refund for the over-payment. we responded with a payment will be sent out if an over-payment was made to Mrs [redacted].  The over-payment that the daughter requested was the profit that our company made after the cost. The contract was not with the daughter, we complete our projects with Mrs [redacted] and she was satisfied at that time. The money that was paid to our company was the agreement between us and Mrs [redacted] and the contract. The amount that was emailed to the daughter was through a certificate of completion showing the per cost of the job not including our profit which is what the daughter is wanting back. NOTE* Miss [redacted] did not file this complaint it was her daughter.

have other jobs going on, so it interfered with us being able to complete as a faster timeline then he wanted.  In our contract there was not a completed deadline. There are a few scratches on the front wall to date that he wants us fix. We have notice that he has put negative comments on multiple site about us.  We apologized that it took a little longer that excepted

I am rejecting this response because: My building is still not complete.  The front wall still needs to be replaced, an automatic door opener still needs to be installed and a chain drive door opener still needs to be installed, and there is a leak in the roof that needs to be fixed.  Last contact with contractor was 10/5/17, when he told me that they would be on site 10/10/17 to finish the building, they did not show up that day, or any other day.

professionally. After review of her contract and payment we agree that Nancy overpaid the company $1,400.00. A payment will be sent to Nancy directly to resolve this matter.  NOTE* Miss Nancy did not file this complaint it was her niece that did this.

[redacted] if you will allow us to come fix the front wall,add the chain hoist, add the automatic opener and fix the small leak in the roof we will get it completed on or before November 17 and in one of our last text messages to each other you mentioned to us that if we could not get it done by a certain day you would find someone else to fix it . we would love to get it done completely and correctly if you would allow us out there to complete our job and the repairs we will have it fixed by November 17 or sooner.
