I am rejecting this response because:I SPOKE TO *** *** AN INFORMED HIM I.R.SIS ASKING FOR A LETTER FROM TEX STAR WITH THEIR LETTER HEAD "STATING MONIES WAS ROLLED INTO NEW ACCOUNT WITH NO DISBURSEMENTHE SAID AS SOON AS I RECEIVED THAT REQUEST FROM I.R.SAND BRING INTO OFFICE HE WOULD WRITE THE LETTER " BUT DID NOT WANT TO GET THE BANK IN TROUBLE
