The part came in missing pieces the item was ordered again It is a special order item and not stocked locally It has arrived and is available for installation Friday 11/13/ The service manager David agreed to send a technician Friday He misunderstood you
He thought you said that you would find another company to do the repair I asked him to schedule the repair for tomorrow Friday 13th, This is a collect service call I will need you to confirm that you still want the part installed and the heater checked for proper operation Being late in the day I'm concerned that you may not get this in time to confirm your availability for Friday I received your correspondence less than an hour ago and have made arrangements We need you to confirm that this is a go for you too

Texsun and the customer has mutually agreed to schedule work to be done on the pool the week of 8/24---8/29/2015.  The end result is to have the pool back up and running with the plaster looking great.   I have discussed the work to be done with the remodel manager [redacted] and the time frame....
