Hello,The customer was paid on September 14th Here is a copy of the email I sent to the customer immediately after receiving the complaint to the Revdex.com I think it explains my position clearly.Hello,We receive your order on the 31st of August We paid your order on the 14th of September Never in my years of being in business has anyone ever gone to the RevDex.com to file a negative report after just days! There were several inaccurate statements in your report which I will highlight below We do not thing we deserved it You state a purchase date of 6-22-which is incorrect I don't know if that was the date you purchased your books...but the date has nothing to do with us The date we received your books was Aug31, You state that "It has been almost over a month." since we received the books Incorrect It was only days.I think you should do the right thing and rescind your complaint to the Revdex.com Regards, Joe

You state a purchase date of 6-22-15 which is incorrect.  I don't know
if that was the date you purchased your books...but the date has nothing
to do with us.  The date we received your books was Aug. 31, 2015 2.  You state that  "It has been almost over a month." since we received the books.  Incorrect.  It was only 15 days.I think you should do the right thing and rescind your complaint to the Revdex.com.  Regards,  Joe
