Response: We are very sorry to hear of this complaintThe mitered corners that are described are Andersen's intentional design and within toleranceThere is not a correction action availableA replacement of the window would result in the exact same appearanceThe condensation on the glass is a
result of the low dew point and the physics associated with relative humidityThe window is so efficient that air is not able to pass through the sash, so the experience of moist air trying to travel to a dry space is inevitableIt is an experience that all Andersen products have in low dew point environments, and a sign that the window is very efficientThe condensation is not present between the two panes, which is a sign of seal failure, in which case the glass would be under warrantyWe have attempted to communicate the reason for the condensation several times with Mr***, but he is not satisfied with the answerWe have attempted to install the screens on different occasionsMr*** does not like that the mesh is not taut around the lock clipsWe now have the screens, and we are attempting to re-screen for a 3rd timeWe plan on having the screens ready by Friday, Sept 16th

We have received the new screens as of 11/30. Our service manager is scheduled out about 2 weeks at a time once product is received, but we the delivery of the screens should be within the next 5 business days. We will reach out to Mr. [redacted] within the next 48 hours to schedule a time to deliver the screens.

Mr. [redacted] called Revdex.com to report company came to his home in September with 2 screens, 1 worked the other didn't. Mr. [redacted] is still waiting on the remaining screen for the issue to be completely resolved.
