Fraudulent products, false advertising, double billed thru pay to avoid a credit card dispute. products were mailed back after a refund was given by credit card company but since they billed it again I am stuck
refund and apology
ordered 4 items that were custom made after he placed the order. These items are precision cut and fit extremely well on the vehicle. I am the owner of the business and personally own the same model car as the buyer. All of these items are installed on our company Focus RS and the fitment is excellent. I can look at the car right now and see that everything fits perfectly. The buyer claimed that the items did not fit. We asked the buyer to send pictures so we could see the problem he was referring to. This is the buyers response: "I don't feel like sending pictures and debating it. Your product is *** and I'm not putting it on my car. The stripes don't line up." The buyer stopped contact with us after this and refused to send pics of the issues he was referring to. We would of gladly took a return on items if the items were defective. All we asked was to see an image of the product the customer received so we could determine that there was a problem. Our quality control is extremely good and we have very few returns or complaints about our products. That's why this buyers claim seemed very odd and we asked to see pictures. The buyer was not offering to return the items.
He filed a chargeback on Dec 5th with credit card company via PayPal. His credit card company found in our favor. The PayPal case ID number for his chargeback is PP-D-XXXXXXXX. Immediately after losing the case, *** left this complaint. *** was never double charged. The items he ordered were meticulously designed and fit to perfection. I personally own the same car as *** and we have sold hundreds of these items to many satisfied customers.

Their product does not fit. It is used and I could tell it was returned by someone else before. They refuse any return and do not uphold ethical business practices. They feel since they were able to work the PayPal system against the credit card policy loop hole to their benefit they can scam customers into not being able to do anything. If they are so proud of their product and it fits all cars why won't they take a return? They can just resell it if its so great. Seems obvious to me.
The products we sent were brand new and custom made to the buyers specifications after the buyer purchased. He already filed a claim with his credit card company and HE LOST. He was not double billed, the credit card company refunded his initial payment when he filed a charge back. When he lost the charge back case his credit card company took the funds from his account. This buyer makes false claims and is tiresome to deal with. We have already presented our case when he filed a charge back and HE LOST. He also left us a negative review on Yelp calling us *** and making false claims. We do not wish to deal with this customer anymore. He filed a charge back and he lost. End of story. We will not refund the payment as we have spent hour defending our case already and we won the charge back case. There is no point for this claim from the buyer. Please dismiss it.
