If I could give this company a zero I would. Numerous times they have claimed to have attempted delivery although I was home all day and they did not even buzz my apartment. And despite having notices saying not to leave parcels unattended they have done just that and my parcels have been stolen on numerous occasions.

I ordered a Japanese Unlimited SIM Card from ***. At the time the order was placed, the estimated delivery date was March 13. When the item was shipped via Dynamex Canada Inc., I was given a tracking number and an updated delivery date estimate of March 9. The item arrived at 1:00 pm on March 9 as promised. When the delivery person arrived, he called our unit on the condo intercom and brought the item to my door on the 3rd floor. The delivery person was friendly and efficient. I was totally satisfied with the quality service.

Dynamex just delivered a package to me. I live in an apartment building. Dynamex didn't bother leaving the package at my apartment but left it outside the main building door. By chance, I found it, but it could have been picked up by anyone, either in the building or just passing by.

Two separate purchases were not delivered. No response when the TForce contact form was used. No answer when calling toll free number. No follow up on their tracking numbers that show 'on the way' but never delivered.
