Spoke to client on 12/11/2015, explained process and offered refund Client declined refund and wished to complete the process

Our management team reached spoke with the client and she is pleased with our services She stated she will be retracting her complaint Please contact us directly should you have any other questions or concerns

This company wants you to think it is "better" than all of those other loan servicers that handle you I have *** The representative from TFSC trash-talked *** on the phone to me, despite the fact that *** is a Deptof Education APPROVED LOAN SERVICER, among a short list of servicers!
TFSC told me I could make payments of $307/mousing them, and that I would be done in ten years, and all remaining debt "forgiven." This is not an honest statement, because I contacted my loan servicer and asked them what would happen if I paid THEM that amount for the next ten years, and their response was that I would also be done in ten years (i.eno REMAINING amount to be "forgiven") I posited to the representative this: if my interest remains the same at ***, and I make the payment we discussed to ***, and the federal loan calculator confirms it will be done in ten years, and so does the *** rep....are they all lying to me? He stumbled and said "uhh, I ...I can't really tell you with any degree of certainty that you would be done in ten years, no, I don't know." Lying, sg salesman trying to take advantage of vulnerable college graduates, and probably succeeding on many levels
TFSC wants to make you think you are getting a benefit, but you absolutely are not There is zero benefit They are selling a product - that's it I intend to spread the word, everywhere

This company lies to vulnerable college graduates to get them to pay a $600 fee to have their federal loans transferred to another company for repayment. The loan payment he offered me is EXACTLY what I have available to me at my current loan servicer. He told me that over the course of my loan, I would have paid $49k to [redacted] (my currrent loan servicer), and with this other company, I would pay $11k less. The $49k number was completely made up. He also lied and said that loan servicers like [redacted] are just trying to get my money, and that the Department of Education is where I'll be in good hands. But the DOE does not handle loans! They appoint approved loan servicers to do that. [redacted] is a Department of Education APPROVED LOAN SERVICER. He used provocative language to suggest that [redacted] doesn't care about me, and his company does, and that they do not benefit from it. They obviously do. This is despicable. They will say whatever they need to say to get you to sign up and pay the fee. They are VERY smart and savvy and they know exactly what to say. I consider myself to be no chump, and I was completely convinced.
This company will get away with murder because students do not know any better, and they are poor, and they are desperate. This company should be stopped.

Review: I paid the TFSC Group $699.00 for Student Loan Consolidation back in March 2015. I have contacted them on several occasion with no relief on when I would receive payment information. I want to be reimbursed for my $699.00 and I want nothing further to do with this company. They have given me the run around for months now. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my $699.00 back for services not rendered.

Review: I was looking for help to pay off my student loan. I was directed by an employee at American Education Services to a phone nuber to call. When I called [redacted] Sullivan answered and assured me his company could have the loan consolodated and that a fee of 700.00 would be charged as closing closts, but that the loan would be taken care of and I would be able to speak to someone throughout the entire process. He assured me they would speak to the American Education Service and that I would be put on a monthly rate of 303.00 for 10 years through the Education Department and that at the end of 10 years the loan would be forgiven. When I read over the papers and spoke to the rep on the phone I said I didn't want the 29.99 monthly reminder service. [redacted] said he told them, I called and told them (Reliant Account Management) that I didn't want the service because I was already paying 700.00 for a service and I didn't need another company to remind me. This company has not communicated with me. They have not communicated with the department of educationonmy behalf- I am still getting calls and not only have they taken the 700.00 out of my account for services not rendered, but the service I specifically said I didn't wnat is not be taken out inthe amount of 29.99.

Thsi company has falsely represented itself- robbed me of my 729.99 and gotten me in further debt and trouble regarding repaying my student loan.Desired Settlement: I insist they refund ALL my monies back. 729.99

Review: In 2013 I applied for a federal student loan forgiveness program. Recently I was contacted by a representative claiming to work with the Department of Education in an effort to consolidate my student loans and provide forgiveness. There was a fee attached to this which seemed fraudulent. When the representative sent email documentation with the acronym "TFSC" I decided to contact the federal student loan program I initially applied for to verify their legitimacy. Studentloans, gov representative told me to contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint and request to determine how this organization obtained all my personal information. Im concerned about my identify. I want them to cease and desist any activity and withdrawal all of my personal information including bank account number, social security, and colorado identification number out of their database.Desired Settlement: Im concerned about my identify. I want them to cease and desist any activity and withdrawal all of my personal information including bank account number, social security, and colorado identification number out of their database. Somehow I need to be assured that my account will not be charged and I will not be the victim of identify theft.

Hi [redacted],

This past week, I received a letter from the dept of education and Navient. When I asked them about the loan processing fee of $600, he informed that is completely bogus. I was being ripped off, this is a free serviceDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my $599.00

Review: In the spring of 2015 I received one letter at my parent's address in VA, and one at my current address in NV from the TFSC group. The letter gave me information and a phone number on how to join their loan consolidation program. I eventually called them to get more details about the program. [redacted], my loan representative, explained to me that I would need to pay a $700 entry fee to get into the program. He said based on my income, my payments towards my loan would be $0 for one year. When I reapplied next year, it could slightly increase if my income did. He assured me that it is very difficult to do the paperwork on my own and remember when to reapply, so he suggested that I join pay $29.99 a month to Student Assist Plus. Student Assist Plus would do all my paperwork for me and make sure I am reapplied on time. So I did. However, I was still receiving letters from Navient saying my temporary forbearance period was about to end, and how much and when my next payment was due. When I called the TFSC group, they told me that this was because my consolidation would still being processed and that's why I was receiving these notices. And that they would put in another request for a short forbearance. With a bill coming up soon, I called Navient. They told me that my paperwork had not even been finished. I finished my paperwork for loan consolidation over the phone with them. The representative from Navient assured me that they do not do any business with TFSC group, and she didn't even know who they were. She told me that what TFSC is offering is fraudulent because the paperwork they did I could have done all on my own, especially since they never finished it. I called and cancelled my services with both TFSC group and Student Assist Plus.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from both Student Assist Plus and TFSC group for claiming to do something for me that I could have and did finish on my own.

I also would like all of my information removed from both of their systems. (e.g., my social, bank account info, Navient account information, EVERYTHING)

Review: I was having to pay for school loans. I wanted to get it done and get it done correctly. I called TFSC Group Debt Relief Services to help me with this. I was told by [redacted], a Senior Student Loan Associate [redacted], that I would have three payment as a "fee" in the amount of $233.00. I paid $233.00 on 9/28/2015, 10/16/2015 and 11/16/2015 for this company to help me with my application and complete my application. Apparently nothing has been done correctly or completed properly. I was also told that my payment after the 3 payments of $233.00 would be $80.00 a month for 20 years then after the 20 years I will not have to pay anymore. I was also told that TFSC is a Mortgage company and they just started with school debt consolidation. I contacted Navient after receiving a letter from them. I was told by the representative Jennifer at Navient-Department of Education Loan that none of the information that I was told by this company is true. I received a form from Navient advising me that I still owe money and I have to refill out the entire application. I spent 699.00 for them to fill out something that I have to fill out myself. I have tried to get ahold of someone and they are short and will not give me any answers. I have called [redacted] and left several messages and no one will call me back. According to Jennifer at Navient-Department of Education Loan Servicing (800.722.1300), I have to refill everything out and send in pay stubs and letters, that I thought was already done. There was no point in me calling this company at all and I received no help from them, however they took the money out of my account.I only make $20,000 a year in salary and I can barely afford to pay my bills. I advised that to Mr. [redacted] yet he told me that Navient will not help and his company TFSC was my only way to get everything done and I received help me with nothing. I am a little concerned what my $699.00 actually paid for.Desired Settlement: I would really like to be refunded the amount of $699.00 from TFSC Group Debt Relief Services. I advised that to Mr. [redacted] yet he told me that Navient will not help and his company TFSC was my only way to get everything done and I received help me with nothing. I am a little concerned what my $699.00 actually paid for. I would really like that refunded and resolved since I have to fill out my own application and do everything myself. It is very concerning that debt consolidations are taking your money with no resolution.
