Review: Joining is easy. Canceling is not. The lack of professionalism from the owner is disappointing. Being called at late hours of the night after you cancel is not acceptable. I have had to block all contact. Even after sending a certified letter of cancellation funds were still deducted. I also went in person to speak about the cancellation. I was a bit concerned when he told me that I would gain all the weight back that I lost if I left. Overall, the brand is amazing and the other coach was a joy to work with. It's a shame that it ended this way. Originally, my plan was to get back in a few months. However, when I am ready to dedicate myself to an intense workout regime, this will not be the gym that I join.Desired Settlement: I am being harassed by the business owner at all hours of the night and on multiple occasions. I want this stopped. This is not an isolated incident. I have contacted others who have cancelled and similar things occurred.
