Attached please find the original settlement letter which was in the amount of $and the additional settlement letter in the amount of $along with a copy of Mr***'s declared value listThe coverage which was selected ( copy of application attached) was declared value and only
items on the value list are insured.In Mr*** rebuttal he states that the Entrance Console was listed as a Desk, even though a Desk is not a Entrance Console we gave him the benefit of the doubt and have him a additional settlement per the insured value $and Living Room Chairs would not be considered Dining Room Chairs yet we paid him the proportionate insured value for the One Chair $The living Room Table which he is claiming that was on the actual shipping inventory, although it was on the shipping inventory it was not listed on the value list therefore not insured. We are an oriented customer company and make ever effort to provide satisfactory claims settlements, remaining flexible and objective, but please understand that we have an obligation to protect the insurance underwriter's interest. We sincerely regret Mr***;s dissatisfaction but are confident that his claim was given favorable considerationThank you for your understanding

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1)  I already specified TG INTERNATIONAL and I have proof of pictures, videos, before moving about the dining FURNITURE SET was located at my living room because my past residence don't had a DINING ROOM , separate AREA ETC, that is the reason that I specified about my chairs in living room area, I can provide pictures and videos.  They only paid for 1 chair, and the set was discontinued in Puerto Rico Store, and of course now I am in Iowa,  I need to purchase a new set of chairs, that why I need the total amount that I specified in the value list, because with 1 chair damaged, automatically its not a complete set anymore, automatically you don't have all your chairs.2)  Entrance console its considered (in Puerto Rico mainly) an entrance console DESK, just google it anyway and compare pictures.  Its completely correct the name.3)  About the living room table its true that I forgot to specified about it in the inventory that I send BEFORE the moving day,  but in the amount coverage that I PAID, its included.   What is the purpose to me as a customer, choose a real , fair and complete coverage amount , and then have you with this tricky arguments to avoid pay for a living room table?  Its better to choose a coverage amount of $1,500, paid a cheaper insurance price and that's it,  you are showing the customers how to be unfair and switch the gaming side.  TG, can you respond me, if I paid for a coverage of $11,950.00, and the moving company, pick up everything, the living room was in the pickup, the living room arrived damaged, why are you GAMING with your CUSTOMERS??? Just tell me a reason??????   HELLO!!!! YOU ARE AN INSURANCE COMPANY!!! A CUSTOMER PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR ALL THE MOVING ITEMS BEING INSURED AND AVOID THIS SAME SITUATION THAT I AM HAVING RIGHT NOW?!!! WHY YOU WANT TO PUT THE CUSTOMERS IN THIS POSITION?????   Because the customers and of course your reputation and loyalty as business its not your priority, just the money and how to keep it at your side.   Its your choice,  I assure you that avoiding pay for something you have the obligation to, going to be worst, because loosing your reputation , specifically in this situation, its priceless.
