You can never get anyone to answer the phone, and I currently have pressing matters involving a disabled family member's safety. When I go out of town , I hire people to look after my family member. Well, recently, our gate key code for guests to enter through the gate of our community STOPPED WORKING. It used to work fine, but now whenever someone tries to enter, it doesn't work. No explanation or letter or phone call from them explaining why this is happening. This prevents the nurses / home health aides who visit us on a regular basis from being able to come in. It's not just this one time. Whenever I needed anything from them and tried to call, they NEVER answered or called back! They just take my money so they can tell us what to do with our houses, make us pay for own new mailboxes , make us power wash our own sidewalks when that should be their job, but they don't actually do anything. What? They hire a few Haitians to do our landscaping, and maintain a sy gate that breaks all the time. I want my money back.


If they do not respond to me soon, I will be filing a complaint.
