Review: Re: Ticket # 50031, 6:37 p.m., 09/08/2015, Tab*e 18/1, Server: P[redacted].On 09/08/2015 at about 6 p.m., we entered T. G. I. Friday's in Simi Va**ey and were waited on by P[redacted]. We showed him the Kids Eat Free f*ier we wou*d be using (not rea**y needed since it's a f*ier, not a coupon). Each of my two sons ordered a "Kid Pizza" from the kid's menu and my wife and I ordered the "2 for $20" item from the regu*ar menu.The mea* and P[redacted]'s service of it were fine, and we asked for our tab. After taking *onger than expected, P[redacted] returned with a tab for about $10 over what we had expected. When we asked P[redacted] about being charged regu*ar price for the kid's pizzas, he said he tried to enter it in the P.O.S. system but it wou*d not work and he was to*d by his manager that the kids eat free on*y with a f*-price adu*t entree. I pointed out to P[redacted] that the f*ier does not mention f*-price, and I showed him. Then he said it's on the door or window as you enter (turned out to not be true). I then exp*ained that nothing in the [regu*ar] menu indicated that the "2 for $20" was not 'f* price' and we shou*d have been advised if that was going to be an issue with the f*ier we had a*ready indicated we intended to use. I a*so pointed out it's a printed on the regu*ar menu, not ca**ed out as a specia*, so how wou*d we even know if it WAS a specia*??? He said he wou*d check with his manager. A minute or two passed before P[redacted] returned saying his manager was not wi**ing to honor the advertisement. I to*d him to expect a comp*aint to the Revdex.com as we *eft.When I reached the entry area, I checked and, not finding anything that mentioned kids eating free on Tuesdays or Mondays, *et a*one any restrictions to it, I decided P[redacted]'s comment that the caveat was at the front 'in the window or on the door' was probab*y made up either by himse*f or his manager in an effort to make the prob*em go away.Desired Settlement: Please send me a refund of the overpaid amount.

Review: I ordered a drink called the Trash Can. The drink was weak and all I tasted was the energy drink [redacted]! I went to the manager and expressed my concerned but he seemed less than interested in what I had to say. He didn't know the bartenders name and had to go find out her name. The serves was horrible!Desired Settlement: For my credit card to be adjusted
