Hello, We do have every single communication that happened with this customer.  From a Customer Service standpoint we are not the party to blame here, the warehouse did get his return however they deemed it as definitely 100% USED.  It has scratches and dings on it as well as dirt / grass...

marks.  In addition; the plastic wrapping was removed from the items.  We sell items NEW & UNUSED.  We will absolutely allow customers to return anything within our 30 day period however the item must be returned in the same exact condition we shipped it in (new and unused).  Please refer to our very clear policy regarding returns  [redacted]  The very 1st bullet point says it is new and unused.  I can probably have the warehouse provide pictures of the return if Revdex.com would like to see them.  It is very rare we refuse returns, usually 99% of the time customers do abide by the policy however I am very sorry but we simply cannot accept a used return.  We could not resell a used item.  I dont know if the customer took a couple practice shots with the clubs or what but he absolutely did remove the plastic wrapping and absolutely used them; we simply cannot accept a return on items in this condition.  Please advise if you would like more details or information. Thank you Rock Bottom Golf
