Review: Refund
of deposit
May 2, 2013 purchased 3/4" prefinished white oak flooring. Gave a deposit of 1,000.00 for invoiced of 3,790.00. Would install May 8, 2013 (Wed.) Called he said floor not in will call May 14,2013 (Tues.) Went to store, told wood in will install May 20, 2013 (Mon). Installer in an accident on 91. Will install end of week. Didn't come. Went to store Thursday May 23, 2013. Installer has broken arm will refund money on Tuesday May 28, 2013. Went to store, but it was closed and also Wednesday. As of today no call or refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of my deposit of 1,000.00

I previously filed a complaint on not receiving a refund. Since filing the complaint, Revdex.com# XXXXXXXX a refund was paid to me resolving this complaint.
Has been settled since a refund was eventually issued
