I ordered custom T-shirts from this company. The quality of the shirts was very poor. The ink was smeared outside of the lines of the design and they were not delivered at the time they were promised. I asked for a discount and was offered an minimal amount.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, we were late in printing the complaining party's shirts, however, I personally stayed until 10:30 p.m. on Friday making sure all were printed and presentable. I even delivered the shirts to her home to make up for the delay. I had two choices, I could have just said sorry, we are unable to print your shirts today and gone home at 5:00 p.m. leaving her without shirts. But, instead I stayed and made sure she had her shirts for her event the next day. Friday evening she was very understanding and kind about it, Monday morning she was angry and rude. Having given her a quality product, albeit a few hours late, I believe that a $25.00 discount was fair. Please ask the complaining party to send pictures of the misprints and I'll evaluate based on the pictures.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ***6, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not able to send pictures of the issues because the shirts are no longer in my possession. I will not engage in a he said she said conversation with this person but at no time was I rude on Wednesday when I talked with her staff as this was not their fault and the last time I talked to the "owner" was on Friday night. She was not honest in her dealings. I was told I would have my shirts by 5:00pm on Friday and I did not receive them until late that night and again, the quality was not the best. She offered multiple excuses such as staffing issues and her equipment breaking down however that is not my problem and if she could not provide the service then she should not have taken my order. I would like half of my money refunded. $200.00
Obviously this customer is just looking to take advantage of an already unfortunate set of circumstances. The problems that led to her order being produced late did not exist when the order was taken by one of my employees. I will not refund $200.00 as the shirts were in good condition and while later than expected were delivered to her for her event.
