I have owned the property since 2009. The foundation was totally waterproofed by the previous owner and has never in that time had any problems.  We have had 3 renters in there in that time and no problems with any dampness.  I was willing to provide the last tenant written confirmation since they lived there for 6 years.  No house is perfect.  A dryer sheet was found in the trap.   The plumber snaked and took video footage to the street to make sure that debris was the only problem. I was willing to provide his bill and assessment in writing.  How can I provide more "warranty."  So the complaint saying "no proof of nothing" is not accurate.  He chooses to believe renters occupying next door talking about their house.  The only thing true in his statement was dirty carpet  and gfi in garage.  Since I had just put down new laminate flooring throughout house, I figured buyer could put in their own choice in 2 bedrooms. Since the entire house had been repainted ONE window painted shut is not a big deal and I did not open all windows in 4 floors to check.  No house is perfect, This house was totally new from walls in in 2009, new wiring, I even updated electrical panel to higher ampage before sale. new roof, new fence, new garage doors.  He missed on this one due to listening to neighbor's problems and neglecting evidence presented him.  His loss.

He produced no proof, no names, nothing. Earnest money is still in escrow.
