Why didn't they call me the second they came into the apartment, instead of just taking my money and leaving? I have been stuck cleaning the apartment myself now and I made a much bigger difference in it after a few hours of work myselfI shouldn't have to sweep and mop a floor that was supposedly already cleaned by professionalsI would expect more from a professional cleaning businessI am appalled that they would do this to a customer and make no attempts at answering their calls or returning their messagesThis business seems like a scam that takes advantage of their customers, they do not seem remotely professional.Regards [redacted]
The apartment in the complaint was to be a regular vacant clean At no time was the word filthy, mice infested, nicotine stained, urine stained or any other description used of how horrible this apartment was left Our policy is any word like filthy, infestation, feces of any kind used
we do not accept the job After years in business we have limits and also want to protect our employees We have invested woman hours on this apartment We had to throw away over dozen rags that were black with filth, mice droppings and nicotine stains that could not be salvaged The floors need restoration, not just cleaning The floors were even scrubbed on hands and knees and the dirt just kept coming up We can refund $as a sign of good faith The job was grossly under charged due to the job being not correctly represented Had the job been described properly we would not have taken the job at all I regret this situation and am sorry that the client did not wait to talk to me Monday as we said we would, but chose to use google and the Revdex.com first Thank you for your help with this matter Cheri
