To Whom It May Concern:Today we received our first indication that there was a complaint filed against our business. No previous email or mail has been received.In regard to the items listed in the customer complaint;1 – As a business, we do not give or...

guarantee exact arrival times, as it is impossible to calculate issues each cleaning team may encounter during the day (travel / traffic, customer requests etc.) we offer estimated arrival time windows.2–We find it difficult to believe that our team did nothing for the first 20 minutes, as the complaint stated. As there is no way to prove this one way or the other, we believe relying on our team's experience is prudent — and have no way to argue this with the client.3 – The items listed as undone, this client asked the team to redo — which, as she stated, they did.4 and 5 – The client did call and e-mail our office to complain about the clean and missing areas. Her emails were responded to the next morning and a Monday redo was offered. As we performed the services on Thursday, and received the complaint on Friday — our next available work day (Monday) to correct the items was unacceptable to this client.In regard to this client's "Desired Outcome / Settlement" request for a partial refund; as she had requested both by e-mail and phone – a credit was issued to her mother's account (also our customer) because this client did not want to continue services. A phone message was left for the client stating that we would honor her request to terminate service and that (as she requested), we applied her "credit / refund" to her mother's account.It is our belief that we have provided a service at a fair market price, we responded in a timely manner with both the offer to correct the issues in question, as well as providing the client a timely credit applying it in the manner in which she requested.The settlement this client is asking for has already been issued.Sincerely,
