Review: TH Home Improvements took half of the deposit and never started the roofing project. He cashed the check in June 2013 and said he would start the project in late July. When that month passed, he called me in August to say my project would start then. It didn't happen and he took the 1/2 deposit for the project and has not returned my calls. I called the District Attorney of Pennsylvania, the Magistrate for the [redacted] District, the local [redacted] and [redacted] Police Department. The owner, [redacted]. is identified as doing this to 6 other people. Help.Desired Settlement: I need to have him pay me back the $8750 and to break the contract so I can hire another roofer. My home is requiring a new roof immediately. Thank you for helping this Active Duty Sailor of over 20 years to hopefully settle this in a timely manner on her Home of Record.
