Both large and small work done by TH Maintenance at my home have all exceeded expectations. I have had them replace my deck, install indoor wood flooring, painting, furnace work including installing humidifiers. All this and more have been done with high consideration of my needs, quality, and professionalism. Always a high attention to detail that I wish I saw more often, I will use TH Maintenance again for anything from replacing screen doors to kitchen countertops.
Called THMaintenance Services and had Tracy come and look at our list of to-do's. His 'can-do' approach was refreshing. We had a blistering popcorn ceiling in our ensuite due to no bathroom fan and Tracy undertook the taks in rewiring the switch/gnd. flt. plug and wiring a new fan in the ceiling which required him to gain accesa to the attic and run venting to and through the roof. A warmer day was required to get on the roof to attend to the exhaust flashing etc. A very professional completion of this and a new popcorn sprayed ceiling with a fresh paint job in ensuite, with a new medicine cabinet and caulking around the tob of shower tiles to ceiling. His attention to detail was. A basement door required replacing, adjusting and painting, a torn door moulding and ripped wallboard was corrected as well as several paint touch ups. Tracy also tended to our sad basement stairs and removed old tiles replacing them with a very nice laminate that is so much more appealing and easier to maintain. Tracy also did the acquiring of product as was needed. He has an hourly rate which is justified for his services rendered and above all he can be counted on to be there when he says he will.
