workers from this company dumped slabs of fiberglass almost on my grandson in my courtyard and destroyed my shingles on my property
8/2/18 workers from this company dumped slabs of fiberglass/insulation into my courtyard almost on top of my baby grandson and I. I confronted the workers and they disregarded me! I reported this to the HOA where I live. I had to clean up the debris not only from the courtyard, but also from the balconies of my bedrooms. Then on 8/6/18, the owner *** utilized my assigned parking spaces for his own personal vehicle, which I have pictures of, not allowing me to park where I am subject to be towed if I park anywhere else! Also on said date, I confronted the owner showing him that his workers had cut my cedar shake shingles with a chainsaw and destroyed my shingles on my private property. He disregarded me and walked away saying yea we will fix it. I have pictures of the damage and also reported this to the HOA and the village of palm springs. They had no reason or permission to touch my property/shingles which had nothing to do with the work that they were doing on the othe owners home. I had perfect shingles and they were just cleaned three months ago and I did not have any damage to them. This is my personal property and this company has no business destroying my shingles, that NOW will be subject to having to be replaced now that they will not be perfect anymore! This is unacceptable behavior by a company that I did not hire and is against my rights as a homeowner. This is my property and NO ONE else owns my home. I left a message with the owner on his cell phone XXX-XXX-XXXX advising him that if he did not rectify the damage this morning 8/7/18, I would be contacting the Revdex.com to file a complaint against him. He disregarded me again and never responded!
