I have been researching this complaint. The Operations and Marketing Team for our company is in direct contact and is in talks with this customer. The Operations and Marketing team were unaware that the customer had taken this complaint to the Revdex.com.

I have been in contact with the ccompay in hopes of resolving this issue.this complaint with made during the period the company was which buy2 denied any responsibility. Once I was contact by buy2 looking for a resolution I've made every effort to get the information they request and offered a settlement. I've sent a requested quote for repairs and am currently waiting for a response. tter Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
