I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree with the response from the business because if my car had been fixed correctly the first time, I would not have had to return my car TWICE for the SAME issue! It is their responsibility to fix my car which in this case included a rental car expense for their repeated incompetent auto body work The reimbursement of $is less than 1% of the total repair bill and I’m shocked that a business would risk their reputation over such a minimal amount The total repair bill was $7,which was paid in full by the insurance company. The business claims they never received my credit card statement because I did not send my credit card statement. As I noted in the claim, I mailed the business a note with the original gas receipt attached on 4/4/ On 5/26/17, I mailed another copy of the note and receipt in the U.Smail and faxed a copy of the note and receipt (that I previously sent in the U.Smail) to their fax number of ***. *** ***

Ms*** brought her car in to us and we fixed itShe called back to complain that there was water leaking in her trunkI told her to bring it right in and she did. We checked for the leak for a couple hoursWe could not get it to leak at allShe took the car back and about a month or
so later on a rainy day she called very angry telling me that it was leaking againI asked when she could bring it back and she demanded I give a rental carMy warranty specifically excludes incidental cost such as towing, rental and travel feesBecause I was trying to take care of the customer I told her I would cover the cost of a rentalI met her at *** rent a car and when she picked the car up I gave my credit card to *** and no additional insurance was taken out and the rep at *** informed the customer she would only have to replace the gas and the customer agreedI got her car and we identified the leak was coming from the rear windshield and I had an auto glass company come to remove the window, laid a seal and put the window back inWe found no additional leaks afterwardsi washed and vacuumed the car for the customer and called her for pick upI met her at *** with her carShe picked up her car and everything was fine as far as I knewI never received the credit card statement she says she sent inAfter leaving *** I thought all was fineI had not received any contact sinceI am not willing to cover the additional $for gasI do not believe it is my responsibility

I paid for the rental vehicle and she used itI am not responsible for her gas in the rental car
