Richard has been a God send. I cant begin to list all of the things he's done for us but as an example it was about 8 pm dec 23rd when our heat went out. I called Richard who was preparing to leave on a 5 hour drive to be with his dad who was having a triple bypass. He made a detour to make sure that my family had heat on a 20 degree night. No one but Richard will ever get my business. He again came to the rescue when our air conditioning failed and he dealt with our home warranty company as an out of network provider. And trust me they are not easy to deal with. 5 stars. He is the Best
I requested a quote and Mr. Thacker came over, but never sent the quote. After weeks I called and was assured I would receive a price in a couple of days. Weeks have gone by with no word. Must not want the business.
