I,*** *** ,a manager of Thai House restaurant was the one who tried to call and confirm the address of Mr*** ***The respond I got since he answered the phone was mad and not try to understand that we don't have just one driver who had been to his house beforeI tried to ask for
direction but the way he gave was not understandable and confuse He said his house was closed to the ***, l believe it about at least half mile away and there are a few turn before hisI said " Sir , I just try to ask for direction why you have to be mad." He said" l'm not mad but if you don't have the update gps why did I took the order" " Is this how you treat your *** *** customer?" Then I say " yes, this is how I treat the *** *** customer" after that he is the one who came out with the f....wordI am the same human being I' ll be nice to the people who are niceIf you are rude and not be respectful , I would act the same I had void his credit card right after I finished conversation with himIf he was charged from us send me a copy of his statement , I 'll be more than happy to give him the credit back I have been in this position for more than years, I don't say I' m a good personBut I treat people the way they treat meTherefore there are people who like and hate meHope you understand Thank you for your concernPlease let me know if you have more question*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I disagree with the comments submitted by Thai House The employee/owner that I spoke with on the day in question was rude She constantly interrupted and kept repeating, "why you mad." I have been subject to previous rude behavior by this establishment both in person and over the phone I believe the complaints on Yelp and Facebook capture their repetitive unprofessional behavior, such as: ignoring customers who are waiting to be seated, failing to revisit a table after an order has been submitted, and in the situation reported to the Revdex.com accepting an order and then failing to deliver after charging the customer.This establishment cinsistenly provides unprofessional and unacceptable customer service And, they actually admit it However, they fail to admit that they are the aggressors so as to excuse their conduct "Customers may forget what you said but they'll never forget how you made them feel."Please continue to enjoy your lack of success operating out of a strip mall with a few customers and limited cash flow

still did. We gave her a free order of crab cheese wontons AND free fried dumplings, worth $9.61 or almost 25% of her order. Her total ended up being $40.61.
