Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The female that I sopke with was givin an opperatunity to speak but would not give the same respect to me as the customerWe ordered once before and the male that took the order said that mild was what we needed to order because there would be no spice with it at all and so when we ordered the second time that's what was ordered and the food was very spicy, to the point of inedible Regards, Customer
A female placed the following orderEgg Rolls, Glass Noodles, Sweet
and Sour Chicken, Beef Pad Thai
None of these dishes come spicy Customer stated she wanted it MILD We never suggest the word MILD to the meaning of no spice We only ask “ How Spicy?” if the dish is made to have a level of spice which is indicated by a pepper icon on the menu Our MILD is considered our lowest level of spice followed by HOT and then THAI HOT All of our dishes are made-to-order, therefore, there are no refunds Over the phone, I offered to offset the spice with additional rice at no chargeThe phone was handed over to a Male Voice and he demanded a replacement Threats were made and profanity was used I warned that law enforcement will be called if he chooses to come and disrupt the business His call was monitored by my staff so I am not the only one to hear his threats and verbal abuse After minutes of listening and no opportunity to speak, I disconnected the call I have no tolerance with that behavior

dish is made to have a level of spice which is indicated by a pepper icon on the menu. Our MILD is considered our lowest level of spice followed by HOT and then THAI HOT. After 15 minutes of listening and no opportunity to speak, I disconnected the call. I have no tolerance with that behavior.
