I came in Tues around pm Aug1st and ordered Thai fried rice
Picked up order and noticed that the rice looked brown and burntI tried to eat it and it was so coated in cooking oil and tasted old and burnt the after bites I knew that this was not going to be a good meal
I went back to the restaurant and showed them the greasy brown and burnt rice and asked for my money backThe woman (who would not give e her name) refused and told me that I will not get a refund because I already left with the foodAnd this was a to go order, mind you
I called the next day and asked for the managerThe woman who answered the phone told me that they don't have a managerI asked who the owner was, and she claimed she didn't knowI asked to speak with anyone who is in charge and can make a decision for a customer
I was told his name is Perry, but they also said they don't know his last name, and he only comes in maybe once a week
