Thai Wok Restaurant

I asked waitress to put peanuts on the side since my husband is allergic. She asked if I wanted crushed peanuts or a sauce. I said sauce on the side. Pad thai noodles usually comes with peanuts. The food was not good, we asked for boxes to go. She said she would pack it for us. I like to box my own food, so I said we can box it. She looked upset like she did not like the fact that I wanted to pack it myself. When the check arrived, she had charged 1.99 then scratched that and put 2.99 upcharge for peanut sauce. We asked her why we were charged 2.99 for peanut sauce and she responded with thats what you ordered and its on the menu. I mentioned to her pad thai usually comes with peanuts as part of the plate. I said well next time if there is an extra charge you should let us know before bringing it. When we were about to pay, We asked for a manager, she said she was the owner and never had complaint, I said well its not fair to get upcharged for something we thought came with the dish. She was very disrespectful telling us we ordered it and that she was the owner and had been for 5 years and she knew how she did things and was successful. We said customers should not be treated like that, just because she is the owner she can't arbitrarily upcharge customers who she doesn't agree or dislike. We told her she would have a bad review because of the service and she told us she could not give food away for free. We tried to pay the 3.00 extra but she ended up taking it off and kept yelling at us as we walked away. We fear she has our credit card information and may use it in a bad way. She would not listen, kept raising her voice, overall experience was awful.
