We are aware of the problem this customer is having. We have been to the home times to inspect this problemThe problem isn't the roof, it is the skylight that the homeowner didn't want to replace at the time the roof was replaced. The skylight is leaking because of its age. All
the fasteners on the skylights are extremely rusted and there are cracks in the skylight itselfAfter we suggested that she have the skylight replaced, she called another company to take a look at it and they said it was due to a slight tear in the shingle. This tear wasn't there when we initially inspected the skylight.I spoke with *** *** and she agreed that if we would replace the shingle that has the slight tear in it, she would be satisfied. I explained to her that this would not fix the leak and that she had to get that skylight replaced for it to be fixedShe said that she was aware of that. We will get the shingle replaced this week.Also, *** *** told me that she did not file this complaint that her daughter had filed it. On another note, our contract specifically states that we are not responsible for skylights on roofs unless we install the skylight.Sincerely*** ***
The Lanier Roofing and Restoration Company is not giving me a equitable solution to the damages caused by their negligence in fixing the leak in my home. Furthermore there is still a leak and the damage is spreading.[redacted]

We are aware of the problems Mrs. [redacted] is having with her roof. Since the beginning of this project, Mrs. [redacted] has repeatedly threatened employess of Lanier Roofing. She wrote bad checks that we had to get the sheriffs department to help us recoup. We have told Mrs. [redacted],...
that because of her threats, we will only work on her property with law enforcement present and she needs to schedule the deputies to meet us to do the repair.Her project was $8,250.00 not $9,000 that she listed in her complaint. She still owes us a balance of $1,250. Mrs. [redacted] called many times over the weekend (while we were closed) and left several messages. She spoke to our receptionist this morning and I called her back around 11:00am and gave her two options: schedule a deputy sheriff so we can come out and repair her roof or use the $1,250 that she owes us to have someone else repair the roof. Mrs. [redacted] hung up on me at that point, then filed the claim with Revdex.com.We will be happy to fix her roof as long as there is law enforcement present. If she doesn't want to do this, she can use the balance of what she owes us to have someone else repair her roof. Jerry L[redacted]
We repaired the shingle above the skylight that was torn as requested by [redacted]. When I met with [redacted], she said that once the shingle was repaired she would be satisfied with our company. Thanks [redacted]
