Ms [redacted] is a patient that basically has refused to pay her medical bills and has used the Revdex.com to further her cause in not paying for services she receivedMs [redacted] came to the office requesting surgery, and was advised both orally and in writing that she would be responsible for any payments not made by her health insurance company She signed off on the the fee policy and surgical forms, days before the surgery, for both DrThanh [redacted] and Hospital Circle Surgery Center wherein it clearly states that "If we are billing YOUR INSURANCE and the insurance company fails to pay the operating room fees for any reason, the patient assumes full responsibility for the fees, or any remaining balance That is, the patient shall pay from his/her own pocket or through another insurance." Ms [redacted] had no questions or concerns about any of the paperwork when she reviewed and signed off on them A copy was provided to her of all surgical forms that she executed Ms [redacted] claims she has a witness, however during all her visits at Dr [redacted] 's office, she came alone Therefore, her claim that she so calls has a "witness" will be dealt with in court under penalty of perjury when said witness is deposed, if one so calls exists When her insurance company sent her the checks of less then $1,for surgical costs (surgery bill is for more then that amount) as payment to Dr [redacted] and Hospital Circle Surgery Center (hereinafter "HCSC"), she claimed she never received the check However, her insurance company claimed that the check was already cashed by Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] avoided our calls to please forward us the payment until we threatened to send her to collections Thereafter, Ms [redacted] sent us the check with "paid in full" on the memo despite knowing that she still owed Dr [redacted] and HCSC for more then the payment received from her insurance company We returned her checks requesting she not write "paid in full" in the memo Ms [redacted] refused, sent another cashier's check, with the same memo of "paid in full." As a result, both Dr [redacted] and HCSC have been unable to accept Ms [redacted] 's check with the "paid in full" statement Our billing department has attempted numerous times to professionally communicate with Ms [redacted] about her cashier's check and outstanding bill with both Dr [redacted] and HCSC, but Ms [redacted] simply threatened to sue or hung up She has refused to remove "paid in full" memo on her cashier's check, when the amount on the checks does not cover the outstanding bill As a result, both Dr [redacted] and HCSC have no other choice but to send her to collections Furthermore, Ms [redacted] 's surgery had no complications She is simply claiming it is "botched" because she doesn't want to pay her medical bills

Ms*** is a patient that basically has refused to pay her medical bills and has used the Revdex.com to further her cause in not paying for services she received.Ms*** came to the office requesting surgery, and was advised both orally and in writing that she would be responsible for any
payments not made by her health insurance company She signed off on the the fee policy and surgical forms, days before the surgery, for both DrThanh *** and Hospital Circle Surgery Center wherein it clearly states that "If we are billing YOUR INSURANCE and
the insurance company fails to pay the operating room fees for any reason, the
patient assumes full responsibility for the fees, or any remaining
balance. That is, the patient shall pay
from his/her own pocket or through another insurance." Ms*** had no questions or concerns about any of the paperwork when she reviewed and signed off on them A copy was provided to her of all surgical forms that she executed Ms*** claims she has a witness, however during all her visits at Dr***'s office, she came alone Therefore, her claim that she so calls has a "witness" will be dealt with in court under penalty of perjury when said witness is deposed, if one so calls exists When her insurance company sent her the checks of less then $1,for surgical costs (surgery bill is for more then that amount) as payment to Dr*** and Hospital Circle Surgery Center (hereinafter "HCSC"), she claimed she never received the check However, her insurance company claimed that the check was already cashed by Ms*** Ms*** avoided our calls to please forward us the payment until we threatened to send her to collections Thereafter, Ms*** sent us the check with "paid in full" on the memo despite knowing that she still owed Dr*** and HCSC for more then the payment received from her insurance company We returned her checks requesting she not write "paid in full" in the memo Ms*** refused, sent another cashier's check, with the same memo of "paid in full." As a result, both Dr*** and HCSC have been unable to accept Ms***'s check with the "paid in full" statement Our billing department has attempted numerous times to professionally communicate with Ms*** about her cashier's check and outstanding bill with both Dr*** and HCSC, but Ms*** simply threatened to sue or hung up She has refused to remove "paid in full" memo on her cashier's check, when the amount on the checks does not cover the outstanding bill As a result, both Dr*** and HCSC have no other choice but to send her to collections Furthermore, Ms***'s surgery had no complications She is simply claiming it is "botched" because she doesn't want to pay her medical bills

Again, Ms. [redacted]'s surgery had no complications and her results were more then satisfactory.  We agree that Ms. [redacted] should communicate with her insurance company to verify payments and co-pays in which she is responsible to pay to our office.   Her health insurance indicated, through the EOB, that Ms. [redacted] is responsible to pay a specific amount as her co-pay, which she has refused to even pay and continues to demand that we waive all her co-pay, in addition to any other medical fees not covered under her insurance.  Our billing department has been trying to explain and work with Ms. [redacted] on possible payment plans and discussing ways of settling her medical bill, but Ms. [redacted] simply tells our office to stop calling and hangs up.  She then sends threatening letters threatening to file complaints against our office and seeking legal action, basing it on allegations of an oral agreement that never occurred, and then sends us checks for less then the amount due with "payment in full" on the memo.     Our office's mission is to provide the highest quality service to our patients and recognizing the importance of each patient we work with and valuing the professional connection between our team and our patients.  However, we cannot help a patient that simply refuses to take responsibility for any medical fees and expects everything to be waived.   Our billing department is always available to discuss ways to the settle her medical bills, and we welcome Ms. [redacted]'s phone call to resolve the matter.

When I know that these types of surgeries for the complete surgery/hospital/etc., cost no more than $10,000.00 including follow-up appointments and lipo.   I have been talking with your office; to [redacted] telling her and explaining to her that I have been in a lot of pain and that I am going to see my Doctor that I will be getting back with your office.  When she called me I told her what my Doctor had said.  I also told her that my breast still hurt me and I’m having a lot of pain in them and I have lumps too.  All you said was they shouldn’t be hurting you any more; you just didn’t seem to even care.  All you seem to care about is getting your money from the insurance company, no concern about me the patient.  I have two different Doctors telling that I will need to have surgery again.  You told me that you have done many breast reductions; I find that now hard to believe after the work you have done to me.  I am highly upset with the botched job I was given and disappointed in your work as a surgeon.  In fact; I had given you some drawing showing you just how I want my breast to look and you still did what you wanted to do anyway (which was just wrong).  If you couldn’t do the job right then you should have never done my surgery. I just received these two invoices/bills on March 28, 2015.  I will be calling my insurance company this coming week to follow-up on these bills to see just how much of these bills they are going to completely pay for, and then I will send you all your monies “from the Insurance company” in check(s) for total “payment paid in full” “PIFC”.  NOTE:  Keep in mind that your office told me numerous times not to worry that my insurance will cover every thing.  Therefore you can not hold me responsible for your office mistakes and/or the insurance companies errors, regarding these bills with the insurance company because that was an agreement made between the two of you, “not me”.  Dr. Thang N. [redacted], M.D. and/or Hospital Circle Surgery CTR., has no recourses against me.  Even out of the mouth of Dr. [redacted], M.D. whom stated himself “If I had known before hand that they were only paying for X amount of the bill due to [redacted] I would have never agreed to do the surgery”.  You can not come back after the fact and change an agreement via it be verbal or in writing and/or try to ruin my credit.  You have no legal recourses due to our agreement and I have the law on my side on this; an agreement is an agreement, unless both parties agree to new terms and I don’t for the records. I am a person of my word and so should you be.  Even though I feel that you don’t deserve one red cent, after the condition you left me in, and now I have to fork out even more money to get my breast done correctly.  I am truly considering reporting you to the Broad of Doctor’s or to whoever they are regarding this matter to file a complaint as well.       Hospital Circle Surgery Ctr.                                                                             ... 31, 2015 and/or Thanh N. We had a verbal agreement that you would accept whatever my insurance pays on the total surgery which includes everything from beginning to end.  There was never any discussion about price of this surgery.  Nor would I have ever agreed to the amount of money you are charging in the first place.

Therefore that is one of the main reasons why they did not pay your claim. Perhaps! Another reason is; the outrageous charges you are charging as well.  There is no way in the world they would even consider paying any thing closet to what you are billing them; as I was told. Your Office assured me that they would handle everything.  For me not to worry about anything.  That they will be calling me; as they did.  I was told I was approved.
Perhaps! If you had billed them a realistic bill, they might or may consider paying you some thing.  As I had stated before I did my homework for this type of surgery and there is no way; anyone in there right mind would have ever agreed to what your charging.   Due to the negligence’s of your Office and your Billing Dept.; not getting the proper authorizations, the error and fault lies with you; “not me”.   You and your office have to take full responsibility of your actions and errors.  Therefore it is your problem to deal with and resolve.    As I have stated in my letter dated March 29, 2015.  We had an agreement and you need to keep your end of the deal.  If the insurance does decides to pay you any more monies, and sends me the check(s).  I will make sure to give the monies to you; either all at once and/or in several checks as noted and each and every check will be posted as “PIFC” “Paid In FULL” and the very last one will be so noted “PIFFPC” “Paid in full final payment check” and case/bills are all final and closed.   I really think it’s in your best interest to reconsider your invoices to my insurance company Blue Shield regarding the surgery and/or billing, with all due respect.   Respectfully,     [redacted]   P.S.   Enclosed a cashier’s check Dated: March 31, 2015, in the amount of $119.67, CK#[redacted]. “PIFC”       Thanh N.

Ms. [redacted] is a patient that basically has refused to pay her medical bills and has used the Revdex.com to further her cause in not paying for services she received.
Ms. [redacted] came to the office requesting surgery, and was...

advised both orally and in writing that she would be responsible for any payments not made by her health insurance company.  She signed off on the the fee policy and surgical forms, days before the surgery, for both Dr. Thanh [redacted] and Hospital Circle Surgery Center wherein it clearly states that  "If we are billing YOUR INSURANCE and
the insurance company fails to pay the operating room fees for any reason, the
patient assumes full responsibility for the fees, or any remaining
balance.  That is, the patient shall pay
from his/her own pocket or through another insurance."  Ms. [redacted] had no questions or concerns about any of the paperwork when she reviewed and signed off on them.  A copy was provided to her of all surgical forms that she executed.  Ms. [redacted] claims she has a witness, however during all her visits at Dr. [redacted]'s office, she came alone.  Therefore, her claim that she so calls has a "witness" will be dealt with in court under penalty of perjury when said witness is deposed, if one so calls exists.

When her insurance company sent her the checks of less then $1,000 for surgical costs (surgery bill is for more then that amount) as payment to Dr. [redacted] and Hospital Circle Surgery Center (hereinafter "HCSC"), she claimed she never received the check.  However, her insurance company claimed that the check was already cashed by Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] avoided our calls to please forward us the payment until we threatened to send her to collections.  Thereafter, Ms. [redacted] sent us the check with "paid in full" on the memo despite knowing that she still owed Dr. [redacted] and HCSC for more then the payment received from her insurance company.  We returned her checks requesting she not write "paid in full" in the memo.  Ms. [redacted] refused, sent another cashier's check, with the same memo of "paid in full."  As a result, both Dr. [redacted] and HCSC have been unable to accept Ms. [redacted]'s check with the "paid in full" statement.
Our billing department has attempted numerous times to professionally communicate with Ms. [redacted] about her cashier's check and outstanding bill with both Dr. [redacted] and HCSC, but Ms. [redacted] simply threatened to sue or hung up.  She has refused to remove "paid in full" memo on her cashier's check, when the amount on the checks does not cover the outstanding bill.  As a result, both Dr. [redacted] and HCSC have no other choice but to send her to collections.
Furthermore, Ms. [redacted]'s surgery had no complications.   She is simply claiming it is "botched" because she doesn't want to pay her medical bills.

Review: I need to speak with somebody first so if someone could please contact me ASAP I would highly appreciate it, :(310) [redacted] this is my cell phone. This is a long story, I can fax over all my letters with explanations. I'm not sure who I need to make a complaint with can you tell me or help me? He also did a botched surgery on me which now I have to have another breast reduction done with corrections. Also with [redacted], Inc. for the Dr. and Hospital Circle Surgery Ctr.Desired Settlement: I wrote them both: Thanh N. [redacted], M. D. and Hospital Circle Surgery Ctr. regarding our verbal agreement (which I have a witness in this matter). We had a verbal agreement and now because of his Office Managers errors, They are trying to make me pay the difference my insurance didn't pay. Verbal agreements are the same as written unless we both agree otherwise. They have change these bills so many times, plus! He did a botched job on me too. I need to have it done right my breast reductio
