***,Thank you very much for helping us with the issue The issue, however, remains unresolved DrKenien's office response is bogus due to: -disregard to the time you had given them to respond, -don't know who ERK is, -no itemization (receipts) presented, -DrKenien no longer in practice.His departure only explains DrKenien's recent shoddy work.We're very disappointed in his and his office's treatment of his/their loyal customers, and the pathetic response ERK (whoever that is) provided.The business receives an F!We'll go to small claims court to resolve the issue However, your service is superb, ***!!!
