Tharp Cabinet

I would not recommend this company in any form or fashion We were switched to Tharp by our home builder after we signed our contract with the promise that they were a great company Before close, They installed the incorrect size cabinets the first time as well as the incorrect interior material and wrong cabinet drawersThey also did not install toe kicks, handles, nor trim
After we closed on the house, the installer did not bring all of the drawers, toe kicks or trimWe sent him homeThis was after numerous calls and emails to MARY, the manager to get the correct materials One day taken off work
Three weeks later, two installers show up and only drawers but many of the drawers are not sized correctly, they do not have enough trim and toe kicks to complete the jobThe first handle that goes on is not aligned properly, etc Another day taken off work
Two weeks later, installer shows up We now have the all toe kicks and trim done, of the remaining boxes are the wrong size! The installer cuts the boxes to make them fit temporarilyHe does not have the two missing doors (yet to be installed in the kitchen- I forgot about those!) so Mary drives them over, but drops them off and drives away because she does not want to talk to me hmmmmm
We are also missing three handles and a set of hinges for the doorsThis is my third day off work and now there will need to be a fourth day taken off to hopefully complete the job
It is not hard to see why I would rate this company negatively The lack of customer service and attention to detail is mind boggling
